Previous Article: Create an Order
Click on the Orders tab to access the Purchase Orders dashboard. A summary of all open orders (both bulk and sample) can be found here. By scrolling along the bottom of the screen, the order payment terms, trade terms, XF date, Due dates for Payment #1 and Payment #2 as well as any tags added for the order.
Once an order has been sent, click into the sent order (found on the page above) and the following information can be viewed.
Messages - message directly with the supplier to finalize any details related to the order.
Invoices - Will include all invoices related to the order
Payments - will include all payments related to the order
Documents - upload documents that are specifically related to that order - i.e. commercial invoice, shipping labels, packing list, custom invoices, etc.
Once an order has been set, click into the details of the sent order to track the milestones, message the supplier, upload any documents related to the order and download the purchase order and invoice.
The View Purchase order - will display the complete order in calico
The Download invoice - will download the invoice associated to the order in pdf and will be reflective of the net terms agreed upon with the supplier
The download icon - will download the order in excel (editable) or pdf.
