Publishing your product
Once you have completed your tech pack and entered all the necessary information pertaining to creating your product, you are ready to publish.
Click the "Publish Version" button on the right hand side of the screen, name your tech pack version and publish. Please note, it is best to use a naming convention that aligns with the stage of product development for the product ie First Sample, Sample Size Run, Post Sample Size Run, Final Bulk measurements, etc. The supplier will see the name and date of the product version in their chat with you so best to provide a clear name of the stage the product is in to eliminate confusion.
If you do need to modify the tech pack, you can do so, and publish another version. Remember to go back into your chat with the supplier and click "Update" in the Development box to provide the supplier with the updated tech pack.
You will only be able to share tech packs and generate Development projects for products that are published.
